Under the leadership of the Minister of Labour, and with the contribution of a wide range of stakeholders the Ministry of Labour has taken the lead since early 2006 to develop a vision and mission to the Employment and TVET sector and has translated it into a strategy and its subsequent action plan.
The overall objective of the E-TVET sector reform is to provide the Jordanian labour market with the required competences to support the growth of the economy and enhance the competitiveness of Jordanian enterprises.
